Grant DeJong has been in the painting industry for 30 years. He started out as a general manager at College Pro Painters, then went on to start Forest City Painting and Tri City Painters. He started and sold Arizona Painting Company, and he started multiple painting companies, selling some and still operating others today. Along the way he became a leadership coach, with real experience growing painting companies and selling them.
Blake Altice brings the marketing side: marketing systems built for contractors, primarily painters, that deliver a high return and put the estimates on the calendar that painters need to hit their goals.
Grant has the lens for what painters actually need. Blake has the painter marketing experience to build it. That is why they paired up, and together they tailor a plan for each painting client, looking at how to best help that company grow through new marketing systems and more sales.
